Digital Delivery Channels
Project deliverables are securely handed over via:
- Version Control Repositories: Access transfer on GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
- Cloud Server Deployment: Live setup on AWS, Hostinger, DigitalOcean, or client-specified VPS.
- Digital Archives: Encrypted zip archive transfers via secure portal link.

Delivery Timelines & Milestone Roadmaps
Project schedules are governed by the timeline specified in the signed Statement of Work (SOW). Milestone completions are communicated via official email notification containing staging preview URLs or commit tags.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Sign-Off
Upon digital delivery of a milestone or beta build, the Client is granted a 14-calendar-day UAT window to test functionalities. Any bugs reported within scope during this period will be resolved at no extra charge. Silence after 14 days constitutes automatic milestone acceptance.
Post-Delivery Support & Delivery Confirmation
Every custom project includes 30 days of complimentary post-delivery support for critical bug fixes. Proof of delivery is established via staging deployment logs, repository transfer confirmation, or signed UAT sign-off forms.
